Refund and Returns Policy

At Waqt, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

1 Eligibility for Returns and Replacements

You have the right to return or replace a product within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt, as indicated on your invoice.

The product must be in its original condition: unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging intact, including tag, bag, and plastic stickers. Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or replacement.

2 Replacement Policy

If you choose to replace your product with another, you will be responsible for any difference in price between the two items:

  • If the replacement product is of higher value, you must pay the difference.
  • If the replacement product is of lesser value, the difference will be refunded to you.

Shipping costs and exchange costs will be covered by the customer, and charges will vary based on the customer’s location.

3 Return Process and Product Condition

The product must be securely packed to avoid any damage during shipping.

Any damage to the watch, original box, or missing items caused during return shipping or due to improper packaging will be the customer’s responsibility. The cost of such damage may be deducted from the refund or charged accordingly.

4 Return and Exchange Shipping Fees

These fees are fully paid to the shipping company. An initial return or exchange fee will apply as follows:

Egypt 200 EGP
Saudi Arabia 40 SAR
United Arab Emirates 40 AED

Additional charges may apply depending on the customer’s location or extra courier fees.

5 Preorder Items

Preorder items are eligible for replacement or return. However, all international and local shipping costs related to the return or replacement of preorder items will be covered by the customer.

Shipping charges will vary depending on the customer’s location.

6 Technical Inspection

Before approving a return or replacement, the product will undergo a technical inspection to verify its condition.

This includes checking for any damage to internal or external components, as well as verifying that the product has not been used.

7 Refund Process

Once the technical inspection confirms that the product is in its original, unused condition, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued within 7–10 working days of approval and can be made via:

  • Wallet transfer
  • Bank transfer

Refunds will be facilitated through our representatives. All shipping costs related to the return, including order shipping and collection fees, will be borne by the customer based on their location.

8 Agreement to Terms

By initiating a return or replacement, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

These terms are considered an integral part of your transaction with Waqt and are legally binding.
